Black Lotus Apothecary is a holistic wellness collective offering handcrafted herbal medicine, bodywork, energy healing, and community-based education. We blend ancestral herbal traditions with modern clinical practice to restore balance, vitality, and connection—both within and among communities.
Where are you located?
We are located at 2245 Curtis Street, Suite 200, Denver, CO 80205. You can visit our in-person herbal clinic, shop, and tea house during open hours or book an appointment online.

The Black Lotus symbolizes resilience, transformation, and rebirth through healing. It represents the heart of our mission—to help people bloom through holistic medicine, movement, and mindfulness.

Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes. Free 15-minute herbal discovery consultations are available Wednesday–Saturday, 10am–5pm. Walk in or schedule ahead to explore your best herbal match.
How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can be booked directly through our website under Book a Session. Each practitioner’s profile includes booking links and service options.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes, many of our consultations and energy work sessions are available online. You’ll receive a video link once your appointment is confirmed.

Are your products handmade?
Yes. Every formula is handcrafted in small batches using sustainably sourced, organic, and wildcrafted herbs.
Do you ship nationwide?
Absolutely. We currently ship across the United States. Orders typically process within 2–4 business days.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes! Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and retrieve your order at our Denver location during open hours.
What if my package arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days at info@ablacklotus.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to assist or replace your order.
Do you offer wholesale or custom blends?
Yes. We create custom formulations and wholesale partnerships for wellness centers, stores, and practitioners. Reach out via our Contact Form to collaborate.

What kinds of events do you host?
We offer ongoing Tea Ceremonies, Herbal Medicine Classes, Movement & Meditation sessions, and Community Circles through our educational branch—Black Lotus University.
How can I join a class or ceremony?

Can I host a private tea ceremony or workshop?
Yes. We offer private and group experiences for retreats, birthdays, or special gatherings. Inquire via our contact page for rates and availability.

How do I become a Black Lotus Practitioner or Affiliate?
We offer Tier 1 (Door Opener) and Tier 2 (True Employee) affiliate programs, as well as practitioner partnerships through our Practitioner Program. These include compensation, community education, and shared growth opportunities. Send inquiries to partnerships@ablacklotus.com.
Are your practitioners licensed?
Yes. Each practitioner is trained and licensed or certified within their respective modalities. Our herbalists, massage therapists, and energy workers uphold professional standards of practice.

What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay through our secure online checkout. In person, we also accept cash and card.
Do you take insurance?
We do not currently accept insurance, but you may use your HSA/FSA card for eligible wellness services.

Is herbal medicine safe?
When used properly and guided by an experienced herbalist, yes. All of our herbalists are trained in contraindications, proper dosage, and integrative care alongside other health modalities.
Can I use herbs with prescription medications?
Always consult your physician or our clinical herbalist before combining herbs with prescribed medication. We can help you identify safe and supportive options.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of herbal products, we cannot accept returns once items are opened. However, we’ll gladly work with you to resolve any issues with your order.
